Further causes for change of venue.

508.310. Changes of venue may be awarded in civil casespending in the circuit court of Cape Girardeau County at CapeGirardeau for the following causes:

(1) That the inhabitants of the city of Cape Girardeau areprejudiced against the applicant;

(2) That the opposite party has an undue influence over theinhabitants of said city; provided, that in such cases a changeof venue shall be awarded to the circuit court of Cape GirardeauCounty at Jackson.
