Imperfections cured by amendment.

511.270. The omissions, imperfections, defects and variancesin section 511.260 enumerated, and all others of a like nature,not being against the right and justice of the matter of thesuit, and not altering the issues between the parties on thetrial, shall be supplied and amended by the court where thejudgment shall be given, or by the court into which such judgmentshall be removed by writ of error or by appeal.
