Exceptions to section 511.320.

511.330. Nothing contained in section 511.320 shall be soconstrued as to require a party to record a judgment or decreewhen a conveyance has been executed in pursuance thereof, andacknowledged or proved and deposited for record in the properoffice within the time therein limited.
