Judgment of non pros., when entered.

511.050. If the plaintiff shall fail to file hisreplication, or other pleading, within the time prescribed by lawor the rules of practice of the court, and to serve the adverseparty, or his attorney, with a copy thereof when the same isrequired, judgment of non pros. shall be given against him.
