Judgment revived by or against administrator de bonis non.
511.560. If an executor or administrator be plaintiff ordefendant in a judgment or decree, and shall die, resign or bedismissed before the same is satisfied or carried into effect,the judgment or decree may be revived by or against theadministrator de bonis non, in the manner aforesaid.
