511.090. Such statement and affidavits shall be filed, andthe court shall render judgment for the amount confessed, andcause the same to be entered upon the records, first beingsatisfied of the identity of the defendant, if present, or, ifnot present, that he executed the same in writing, and made theaffidavit herein required.
