Form of recognizance.

512.200. Such recognizance must be signed by the parties entering intothe same, and be approved by the associate circuit judge, and may be in thefollowing form:

We the undersigned, .......... and .........., acknowledge ourselvesindebted to .......... in the sum of .......... dollars, to be void upon thiscondition. Whereas, .......... has made application for a trial de novo froma judgment of ........, an associate circuit judge, in an action between.........., plaintiff, and .........., defendant; now, if on such trial denovo judgment be given against the applicant, and he shall satisfy suchjudgment, or if his application shall be dismissed, and he shall pay thejudgment of the associate circuit judge, together with the cost of the appeal,this recognizance shall be void.
