513.115. When an execution shall be issued against anyperson, being the owner of any shares or stock in any bank,insurance company or other corporation, it shall be the duty ofthe cashier, secretary or chief clerk of such bank, insurancecompany or other corporation, upon the request of the officerhaving such execution, to furnish him with a certificate, underhis hand, stating the number of rights or shares the defendantholds in the stock of such bank, company or corporation, with theencumbrance thereon.
