Personal property subject to execution for purchase price, when.
513.140. Personal property shall in all cases be subject toexecution on a judgment against the purchaser for the purchaseprice thereof, and shall in no case be exempt from such judgmentand execution, except in the hands of an innocent purchaser, forvalue, without notice of the existence of such prior claim forthe purchase money.
