Personal property to be delivered to purchasers--bills of salethereof given, when.

513.150. When the purchaser of any goods or chattels shallpay the purchase money, the officer selling the same shalldeliver him such property, and, if desired, shall execute aninstrument of writing, testifying the sale and payment of thepurchase money, and conveying to such purchaser all the right,title and interest which the debtor had in and to the propertysold, on the day the execution was levied thereon.
