Death of defendant after levy, proceedings.

513.215. If any defendant shall die after his real estateshall have been seized on execution, the service thereof shallnot be completed, but the sheriff shall return the execution,together with the fact of the defendant's death, which shall be asufficient indemnity to him for his failure to proceed.
