Court shall proceed in summary manner.

513.245. Such court shall proceed in a summary manner andgive judgment and award execution therefor forthwith; and thesame proceedings shall be had against any subsequent purchaserwho shall refuse to pay, and the officer may, in his discretion,forever thereafter refuse the bid of any person so refusing.
