Judge shall call execution docket.

513.355. It shall be the duty of the circuit court toperiodically call over the execution docket, in order to see thatproper returns have been made and entered of all processreturnable to that term, and especially that due diligence hasbeen used to execute all process upon the part of the state; andthe court, in such cases, may enforce obedience to law byattachment.
