Fire fighting equipment exempt, when.

513.460. All fire engines, hose, hose carriages, hooks,ladders, buckets, horses and other things kept and used for thepurpose of extinguishing fires, owned by any county ormunicipality in this state, shall be exempt from attachment andexecution.
