No property exemption for personal services, by whom--provisions.

513.470. For all personal services rendered by any personacting in the capacity of house servant or common laborer, to anamount not exceeding ninety dollars, no property shall be exemptfrom seizure and sale under execution; if suit is instituted torecover the same within the time allowed in section 513.060.
