514.160. If any person shall take an appeal from a judgmentof any court to the supreme court, or to any district of thecourt of appeals, and the judgment shall be affirmed or theappeal discontinued or dismissed, the appellee shall recover hiscosts; and if the judgment be reversed, the appellant shallrecover his costs.
