Costs, when given in discretion of court.

514.080. When any defendant, in any action, shall pleadseveral matters, any of which shall, upon motion joined, beadjudged insufficient, or if a verdict shall be found on anyissue in the case for plaintiff, costs shall be given at thediscretion of the court.
