Power to compel attendance of witnesses.

515.110. They shall have the same power that may be given bylaw to associate circuit judges, to issue subpoenas forwitnesses, and to compel their attendance by attachment, toadminister oaths, and punish contempts committed in theirpresence during the hearing of the cause, and commit to the jailof the county such witnesses as refuse to testify.
