Testimony to be written--exceptions to be stated in report.

515.170. All testimony taken before referees shall bereduced to writing, and if either party shall except to thecompetency of a witness or the admission or exclusion ofevidence, or any other matter to which exceptions may be taken,the referees, if required, shall state the particulars of theexceptions in their report.
