Terms of office.

96.330. Said directors shall hold office, one-third oneyear, one-third two years and one-third for three years, from thefirst of June following the appointment and at their firstregular meeting shall cast lots for their respective terms; andannually thereafter, the mayor shall, before the first of June,of each year, appoint as before, three directors, who shall holdoffice for three years and until their successors are appointedand qualified. The mayor may, by and with the consent of thelegislative department, remove any director for misconduct orneglect of duty.
