262.215. Unless the language or context clearly indicates adifferent meaning is intended, as used in sections 262.215 to262.280, the following terms mean:
(1) "Commission", the state fair commission established bysections 262.215 to 262.280;
(2) "Commissioner", a member of the state fair commission;
(3) "Director", before January 1, 1996, the director of thedepartment of agriculture; after January 1, 1996, the director ofthe Missouri state fair appointed by the state fair commission.
