262.603. Before the allocation of funds is made by thecounty commission the council shall present to the university andthe county commission a list of members of the council and of itsofficers with statements signed by the chairman of the councilcertifying that the named officers have been duly elected andqualified as specified in sections 262.583 and 262.607.
