Penalty.

263.180. Any person who shall violate any provision orrequirement of sections 263.010 to 263.180, or who shall forge,counterfeit, deface, destroy, or wrongfully use any certificateprovided for in sections 263.010 to 263.180, shall be deemedguilty of a class A misdemeanor.
