265.030. In promulgating the standards or any alterations ormodifications of such standards the director shall specify thedate or dates when the same shall become effective and shall givepublic notice not less than thirty days in advance of such dateor dates by such means as he deems proper, and he is herebyauthorized and empowered to employ reasonable methods fordiffusing information concerning the standard that may be fixedby him for any agricultural product or container.
