The director shall, as provided in section265.020, fix and promulgate rules for grading and classifyingapples; provided, that such grades shall not conflict with anysuch grades or standards promulgated by the United StatesDepartment of Agriculture, except as marketing conditions inMissouri require the establishment of additional state grades.
