265.330. 1. There is hereby created "The Meats Section ofthe Veterinary Division of the Department of Agriculture".
2. The director shall appoint a graduate veterinarian as thehead of the meats section.
3. The head of the meats section shall enforce the rules andregulations prescribed by the commissioner, and shall performsuch other duties as the director and the state veterinarian deemnecessary.
