265.471. The director shall promulgate rules and regulationsconsistent with and equal to the Federal Meat Inspection Act, the FederalPoultry Products Inspection Act, and all related federal regulations andshall adopt such rules and regulations as necessary to implement theinspection programs authorized under sections 265.300 to 265.470.
