Inspections, department of agriculture.

265.497. Personnel designated by the director of theMissouri department of agriculture shall have access to places ofbusiness during regular business hours for the purpose ofinspecting carcasses or parts of carcasses sold by the seller todetermine compliance with the provisions of sections 265.490 to265.499. The director of the Missouri department of agriculture,or personnel designated by the director, shall report anysuspected violations of sections 265.490 to 265.499 to theprosecuting attorney of the county where the alleged violationoccurred and to the attorney general.
