Violations may be enjoined.

266.400. The director of the department of agriculture ofthis state is hereby authorized to apply for, through theattorney general of this state, and the circuit courts of thisstate are hereby authorized to grant, a temporary or permanentinjunction restraining any person from violating or continuing toviolate sections 266.361 to 266.400, notwithstanding theexistence of other remedies at law, said injunction to be issuedwithout bond.
