Injunction against owners of diseased livestock, when--venue.

267.604. When, in the judgment of the director, any personhas been repeatedly in violation of the animal health laws so asto pose a substantial ongoing risk to the livelihood of otherlivestock owners in this state by the dissemination of disease,the director may apply to the circuit court of the county inwhich such person resides, and such court shall have theauthority to grant an order enjoining temporarily or permanentlythat person from engaging in the business directly or indirectlyof possessing, owning, raising or otherwise maintaining custodyof any livestock of the type constituting such risk.
