Exposed animals released for slaughter, when.

267.690. Sheep, goats or cattle at a market or dealer'spremises that are known to have been exposed to scabies may bereleased for consignment to slaughter under permit withoutdipping, when an inspection indicates freedom from any clinicalevidence of the disease. Consignment may only be to a federal orstate approved slaughtering establishment within the state ofMissouri under a slaughter permit issued by the stateveterinarian or his representative or the veterinarian approvedfor the market.
