269.070. When the applicant has satisfied all requirementsimposed by this chapter and the regulations promulgatedthereunder, the state veterinarian shall issue to such applicanta permit, which shall be attached to each vehicle so used, whichpermit shall entitle him to operate each vehicle for the purposeof transporting dead animals to authorized disposal plants orsubstations.
