Domestic geese to be restrained.

270.190. In all counties and townships that have adopted theprovisions of this chapter, the owner of domestic geese shallkeep the same upon his own premises and in his own enclosure, andif any such geese escape from the enclosure of the owner, theymay be dealt with the same as all other animals, as provided bythis chapter.
