Notice, how given--contents.

271.050. The notice required in section 271.010 shall begiven by setting up written or printed handbills in three of themost public places in the township in which the property is takenup, and by forwarding a copy of such notice to the county clerkat least thirty days before said property shall be posted, whichnotice shall contain a description of the animal, embracing size,color, age, sex, marks and brands, as the same appeared at thetime of taking up, and shall further recite that if the ownerdoes not claim and prove the same before the expiration of thirtydays from the time of setting up said notices, the same will beposted before some associate circuit judge of the county.
