Notice published in newspaper, when.

271.100. If the property be appraised at fifteen dollars or upward, thetaker-up shall, within ten days after posting any animal, cause notice thereofto be published in some newspaper of the county, or, if there be none, then ofan adjoining county. Such notice shall be:

Taken up by . . . and posted before . . ., an associate circuit judge of. . . County, on the . . . day of . . ., in the year . . ., the followingdescribed property: (here insert the valuation and description as given bythe appraisers); which notice shall be inserted in said paper for two consecutive weeks.
