Entries in stray fund record book.

271.210. The clerk shall enter in the stray fund recordbook:

(1) The name of the taker-up of any stray animal appraisedat twelve dollars or more;

(2) The date of taking up;

(3) The species of animal taken up;

(4) The appraised value thereof;

(5) The total amount of fees that would be due all partiesat the end of one year from the date of taking up according tothis chapter;

(6) The contingent amount due the county school fund, whichshall be one-half of the remainder after deducting the fees fromthe appraised value;

(7) He shall also leave a blank column on the right for thepurpose of giving the credits herein authorized.
