272.300. The persons appointed by the judge under sections272.250 and 272.280 to discharge the duties therein specified,shall receive five dollars each per day for the time actuallyemployed, which, together with the fees of the judge and sheriff,shall be taxed as costs in the case against the parties inproportion to their respective interests, and collectedaccordingly.
