Definitions.

274.020. As used in this chapter, the following words andterms shall have the meaning indicated:

(1) "Agricultural products" includes horticultural,viticultural, forestry, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee or anyfarm products;

(2) "Association", any corporation organized under thischapter; associations organized hereunder shall be deemed"nonprofit" inasmuch as they are not organized to make profit forthemselves, as such, or for their members, as such, but only fortheir members as producers;

(3) "Member" includes actual members of associations withoutcapital stock.
