Incorporation fees.

275.050. At the time of filing articles of agreement for theincorporation of commodity associations, as in this chapterauthorized, there shall be paid to the state director of revenuean incorporating tax of fifty dollars on the first fifty thousanddollars, or less, of the authorized capital stock of suchassociation and five dollars for every additional ten thousanddollars, or fraction thereof, of such capital stock in excess offifty thousand dollars, together with such recording andcertificate fees as are required by law.
