Hearings, how conducted.

275.340. 1. Every hearing held pursuant to sections 275.300to 275.370 shall be public and a permanent record taken of alltestimony received. The administrative hearing officer shallconduct the hearing and the director may make the determinationfrom the record.

2. The director shall make and publish findings based uponthe facts, testimony and evidence received at the public hearingand shall cause copies of his findings and decisions to bedelivered or mailed to all parties of record appearing at thehearing, or their attorneys of record.
