Attorney general to bring suit in cases of violation.

276.060. It is hereby made the duty of the attorney generalof the state of Missouri, upon being informed that any of theprovisions of sections 276.010 to 276.080 have been violated, tobring suit in the proper court against any person, firm orcorporation so violating sections 276.010 to 276.080, to procurethe injunction provided for in section 276.070, and, upon proofthat the defendant in said suit has violated any provision ofsections 276.010 to 276.080, the court shall issue its permanentinjunction against said defendant, in accordance with section276.070.
