276.070. If any person, firm or corporation maintaining suchpublic market, or buying, selling or exchanging cattle, hogs orsheep at such public market, shall violate any provision ofsections 276.010 to 276.080, such person, firm or corporationshall be permanently enjoined from maintaining, directly orindirectly, such public market, and from buying, selling orexchanging any cattle, hogs or sheep at such public market.
