When deemed guilty of a misdemeanor--subject to fine.

276.080. Any person, firm or corporation violating anyprovision of sections 276.010 to 276.080 shall be deemed guiltyof a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined for eachoffense not less than one thousand dollars nor more than tenthousand dollars.
