Licenses may be revoked or suspended because of actions in otherstates, when, procedure.

276.571. When the director receives notice from a state withwhich Missouri has a cooperative agreement under sections 276.401to 276.581 of the imposition of a final judgment in a civilaction, criminal conviction, or final administrative action foran act by a grain dealer licensed in this state, which, ifcommitted in this state would constitute a violation of sections276.401 to 276.581, he is authorized to initiate such proceedingsas he may deem appropriate under sections 276.401 to 276.581,either administrative or judicial, to suspend or revoke the graindealer's license or to enjoin such grain dealer from operating inthis state.
