276.576. The bonding requirements of sections 276.401 to276.581 may be satisfied by:
(1) Filing with the director evidence of a bond on file withany other state with which Missouri has a cooperative agreementas provided for by sections 276.401 to 276.581; and
(2) Such bond shall be copayable to the state of Missourifor the benefit of sellers of grain in Missouri; and
(3) The bond shall be in an amount at least equal to theamounts required by sections 276.401 to 276.581.
