Violations of chapter.

276.621. Any of the following acts or omissions by anyperson who is a livestock dealer or agent thereof or other personengaged in livestock transactions shall constitute violations ofthis chapter:

(1) Failure by a livestock dealer to obtain any bondrequired by the Packers and Stockyard Act;

(2) Any movement of livestock by any person withoutaccompanying proper health certificates, proper tests for diseaseor identification as may be required under the animal healthstatutes of Missouri or the United States, or any rules andregulations promulgated thereunder;

(3) Failure to maintain records as required by the director;

(4) Failure to register in accordance with section 276.611.
