Curators authorized to receive grants.

278.040. Upon the acceptance of each such plan by theSecretary of Agriculture, the curators, through its treasurer areauthorized and empowered to receive all grants of money madepursuant to said Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act forthe purpose of enabling the state to carry out the provisions ofsuch plan, and all such funds, together with any moneys which maybe appropriated by the state for such purpose, shall be availableto the curators for expenditures necessary in carrying out theplan, including administrative expenses, expenditures inconnection with educational programs in aid of the plan, andbenefit payments.
