Powers of curators.

278.050. In carrying out the provisions of each such plan,the curators shall have power to employ such agent or agenciesand to establish such agencies, as it may find to be necessary;to cooperate with local and state agencies, and with agencies ofother states and of the federal government; to provide for theconducting of research and to conduct educational activities inconnection with the formulation and operation of such plan; toenter into agreements with the producers and to provide by othervoluntary methods, for adjustments in the utilization of land andin farming practices, and for payments in connection therewith inamounts which the curators determine to be fair and reasonable.
