Standards for wood preservatives--rules and regulations, procedure.

280.050. The director may promulgate rules to establishspecifications for wood preservation and treating practices; to prescribethe minimum net retention of preservative per cubic foot or metricequivalent of wood in treating timber products; to establish brandingrequirements for treated timber; and to set requirements for preservativeand product use information to be supplied to purchasers. No rule orportion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shallbecome effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisionsof section 536.024, RSMo.
