The director may enter into cooperative agreementswith political subdivisions of this state regarding pesticideprograms under sections 281.005 to 281.115 for the purpose ofsecuring uniformity throughout the state. Nothing in sections281.005 to 281.115 shall be construed to require the director toenter into any such agreement.
